Holiday in The Sun ! !

These are my photos when I went to Singapore last holiday. It was fun ! Really fun ! I enjoyed so much. I love to see how Singapore people do their activity. To see and learn what other people do is my passionate. I think my study in Accounting is a wrong idea. So wrong. I love to learn languages, culture, etc. I wish I could travel around the world. I want to explore Indonesia, too. To see people in villages. The one I hate the most about Indonesian people is some of them are ignorant. They throw garbage all around. What is the meaning of garbage bin ?? hello ?? Some of them are rude. But some of them are nice, too. Something I love the most about Indonesia are the culture. They are beautiful, meaningful. No matter how cool other country is, Indonesia is still the best !

Well, that's my intermezzo. Hehe. When I was in Singapore, I go to many places. I forget to tell something, I visited Batam first to meet my Father's friend. We ate at (Ooops, I forgot the name) a seafood restaurant that served GongGong. It was delicious.

In Singapore, we lived in Ibis Hotel on Bencoolen Street. First place to go was Bugis street ! It located behind my Hotel. Hmmm.. Interesting. But the goods that they sell remind me of Melawai, Tanah Abang, etc.

Day 2 ! We go to Sri Khrisna Temple and Kwan Imm Temple. They are beautiful. I forgot what street that they located on. Something like Lincoln street. But if you come to this street in the morning. You will see a lot of people that sell flowers. And the flowers are beautiful and colorful.

In this day, we joined Hippo Tour. We ride an open top bus and travel around Singapore. We can stop at any Bus Shelter that we want, and jump into other Hippo Tour bus when we feel like enough to explore some places and go to another places.

When we traveled around the city, we saw Botanic Garden, Merlion site, Raffles site, Parliament building, Singapore Flyer, Orchard road, etc. We stopped on Orchard Road. This road is full with people. You can go shopping or just look around the places. I explored many things. Branded labels, and of course the people !! I love people !! We had lunch at Wisma Atria.

From Orchard Road we continued to Singapore Flyer. Singapore Flyer looks like a wind mill. A giant wind mill. From here we can see the view of Singapore from North, East, South and West. After that we went to Esplanade and Merlion Site. Fortunately, in this day there is a rehearsal to celebrate Singapore Independence Day. It was a great show. I enjoyed it so much.

Day 3 we went to Sentosa Island. To reach Sentosa Island, we can use train, bus or 'kereta gantung' (what is kereta gantung in english ?? I totally forget !!) from Vivo City. Arrived at Sentosa Island we explored and had fun there.

We went to Suntec City at night. I eager to see Fountain of Wealth. And it was cool. There are stuff to do when you see Fountain of Wealth. First reach the water with your hand, and then make a silent wish in your heart. The last, walk around Fountain of Wealth three times so that your wish will come true. Hehe. I believe that.

Something I regret are that I don't visit China Town and Little India. So little time, so much place to see.

I wish I can go to Singapore again someday. Not to Shopping but to explore the culture and unique place in there.
